PANDI SERVICES EAST LTD. was created in 2002 by Capt. Sergey Balabanov and Mr. Mikhail Poltavtsev following on from their many years' experience as master mariners. The company was founded as a joint venture with Pandi Services J.&K. Brons, whose history goes back to 1865. By the year 2005 our company has been appointed to act as P&I Correspondents in the port Kaliningrad for the majority of IG P&I Clubs and we are proud to act in this capacity until present not only in Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Novorossiysk, but in other major ports of Russia.

The company offers the full range of P&I Correspondent's and claims-handling services throughout Russia.
We base our business on being able to provide an immediate and efficient first response service to any P&I emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, and in any Russian port. We do this with the help of our own personnel, using our efforts and resources as well as by relying on an extensive network of our reliable partners, surveyors and experts, with maritime and transport qualifications and experience.
